Please don't smoke request leads to beating, battery

Police ticketed a 24-year-old UW-River Falls female student for battery because she allegedly punched and then kicked in the stomach another young woman, also a UW-RF student. The beating took place after 2 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Main Street and Cascade Avenue.
