False alarms cost same as real ones
A wood-burning stove triggered a false alarm Tuesday evening last week after a passerby noticed smoke coming from behind Melgard Monument, 266 Radio Road, just before 6 p.m. The driver became concerned and called 911, reporting the smoke as a possible structure fire.By: Debbie Griffin, River Falls Journal
