UPDATE: Victims in Saturday night colllison were both Red Wing residents
A 30-year-old woman and 22-year-old man -- both from Red Wing, Minn. -- were identified Sunday as those who died in a head-on crash and subsequent fire that occurred late Saturday night on Highway 63 near the Pierce-St. Croix county line.
