Wrong-way driver arrested on I-94
A Baldwin man was arrested early Saturday morning after driving the wrong way on I-94, hitting a westbound vehicle and finally being stopped by tire-deflation devices, according to Sgt. Brian Erickson of the Wisconsin State Patrol.
