Prescott gardens coax group across Minnesota-Wisconsin border

Diane House, who’s been a member of the Minnesota Water Garden Society since 2004, will host a stop on that organization’s 14th annual pond tour Saturday and Sunday, July 30 and 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
