Carriage adds charm to Main Street

Oak Hill Stables of River Falls offers horse-drawn carriage rides 4-9 Friday, Feb. 15 and Saturday, Feb. 16 – as it did on Valentine’s Day – departing from the West Wind Supper Club and going south on Main Street for a 15-minute $40 ride.
