Lowered flag honors Korean War solider
Governor Scott Walker issued an order for flags in the state to fly at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Monday, Oct.8 as a mark of respect for Private First Class Arthur W. Hopfensperger of Appleton, who was killed in action during the Battle of Chosin Reservoir in Korea on Nov. 28, 1950.
