Lowered flag honors embassy-attack victims
President Obama has ordered that United States flags be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset, Sunday, Sept. 16, as a mark of respect for the memory of John Christopher Stevens, United States Ambassador to Libya, and American personnel killed in the senseless attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya.
