A little creativity at the RF Days parade
During the downpour that soaked River Falls Days parade goers on Friday, July 13, four-year-old Roberts resident, Lacie Knowles (left) and River Falls resident, Anorah Stauner, 2, stayed dry in a poncho made from WESTconsin Credit Union bags.
