Pierce Pepin completes 9th year of National Child ID Program
Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services (PPCS), a Touchstone Energy cooperative, recently wrapped up its 9th year of bringing the National Child ID Program to elementary schools in Pierce and Pepin counties.
