Jefferson County Sheriff’s officials said 44-year-old Michael Dragan of Oconomowoc died at the scene of an accident that happened around 4:45 p.m. Dec. 29, when he was going down a private driveway and his pickup truck crossed the train tracks and was hit by Amtrak’s Empire Builder.
