Gingerbread creations make library debut, vote until Dec. 15

River Falls Public Library staff reports a record-setting 35 entries in the 2011 gingerbread house-making contest. Not all creations took the shape of a house – the array includes a disco, Egyptians-style pyramids, igloos, an multi-tiered eastern-style temple and many traditional homes and cottages.
