River Dazzle kicks off holiday season

Crowds of people milled around downtown Friday during the annual, holiday River Dazzle celebration 1-8 p.m. Lots of kids visited Santa at the Riverwalk Mercantile, as well as his reindeer in Veterans park, and the 20 businesses cooking for the Chili Crawl stayed busy providing samples to a steady flow of taste testers.
