Austin and Vera Petersen celebrate 70th

Austin and Vera Petersen, former residents of River Falls, who were married Oct. 15, 1941, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary Oct. 15 in St. Paul, Minn. Their daughters, Dr. Sally Karioth, of Tallahassee, Fla., and Dr. Christina Petersen, of St. Paul, Minn., are hosting an open house to commemorate the anniversary.
