A River Falls teenager was charged Wednesday in Pierce County Circuit Court with second degree sexual assault.
Caleb P. Domeyer, 18, N8225 1148th St., is scheduled to make his first court appearance 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, on the Class C felony charge.
According to the criminal complaint: River Falls police were notified of the allegation when the 16-year-old victim reported it June 10.
The alleged victim said four days earlier, Domeyer, who was a friend, called her, saying he was outside of her house and he wanted to speak with her.
The girl claimed she got into the vehicle with him as he drove away.
After reaching their destination, the two began talking when the girl said Domeyer began kissing her and didn’t stop, despite the girl saying no repeatedly.
Things escalated to the point where the alleged assault happened.
The girl said Domeyer had a blank stare and didn’t respond to her numerous requests to stop.
The girl wrapped up the police interview by saying she had contact with Domeyer since the incident, but said the conversations were short.
A Class C felony carries a maximum penalty of $100,000 and/or 40 years prison if found guilty.
Domery is a local high school graduate who attends UW-Eau Claire.
