‘…born of water and spirit’

The St. Croix River was the setting for a recent baptism performed by Pastor Sandra Johnson of HOPE Lutheran Church of River Falls. The congregation holds one service each summer at St. Croix Riviera Beach and Grete and Chad Rehbein of River Falls, chose the service for the baptism of their child, Alexis, the granddaughter of Betty Lou and Milo Oppegard of the town of Kinnickinnic and Sue & Dennis Rehbein.
