Slums and Money video at UW March 28
The UWRF-Association for International Development and Student Life are sponsoring the video, Slums and Money, on Monday, March 28, in the Kinnickinnic Theater of the UC.
The UWRF-Association for International Development and Student Life are sponsoring the video, Slums and Money, on Monday, March 28, in the Kinnickinnic Theater of the UC.
The video begins at 2 pm and is followed by a discussion led by UWRF Faculty Dr. Paige Miller and Dr. Jackie Brux. The video features experts who explore the roles of urbanization and poverty in the debate over globalization and market regulation. It profiles citizens in India, Turkey, Nigeria, Brazil, and China.
