Skating gold
Mara Fredrich, a 5th grade student at Westside Elementary School, competed in the 2010 Maplewood Fall Classic Figure Skating competition Sept. 24-26 in Stillwater and earned a gold medal in the Freeskate 2 Elements event. Fredrich is coached by Anna Harschutz of Hudson Skate School.
