Letter: Head hunter
This is addressed to the person who recently went to the trouble of pulling off to the side of the passing lane on Hwy. 35 north of River Falls, sawing off the head of a dead deer (presumably a buck) and leaving the scene without bothering to push the rest of the deer into the ditch or, for that matter, even off of the pavement.
