Klobuchar to speak at UW-RF rally
Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar will speak at an Early Vote Rally at 3 p.m. today (Tuesday) at UW-River Falls.
Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar will speak at an Early Vote Rally at 3 p.m. today (Tuesday) at UW-River Falls.
Klobuchar, a Democrat, will be in River Falls to rally supporters and volunteers for Sen. Russ Feingold, a candidate for re-election. Feingold is being challenged by Republican Ron Johnson and Rob Taylor of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin.
Early voting for River Falls city residents is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at City Hall, 222 Lewis St.
The Falcon’s Nest in the University Center, 500 E. Wild Rose Ave., River Falls. The event is open to the public.
The Feingold Campaign has also launched a new website: www.VoteNowWisconsin.com to help Wisconsin voters to find their local early-vote locations.
