SPECIAL TOWN

MEETING

BUDGET HEARING – Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing held on the proposed budget for 2011 at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Town Hall. The proposed budget in detail is available from the Town Clerk at the Town Office during regular office hours, Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call 425-2665. Postings are also at the Town Hall, Town Recycling Center, and Glover Park.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING – Notice is hereby given that immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Budget Hearing on November 16, 2010, a Special Town Meeting of the electors will be called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes:

1. To approve the Town Levy to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

2. To abolish the office of Town Constable pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(b)(4) of Wisconsin Statutes.

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – The Town Board will meet immediately following the Special Town Meeting
