CITY OF RIVER FALLSNOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES AT ITS SEPTEMBER 14, 2010, MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance No. 2010-15 – Creating Section 17.120.170 – Shoreland Wetland Regulations. The ordinance reinstates the Shoreland/Wetland Protection regulations as part of the Floodplain Protection regulations.

Ordinance No. 2010-16 – Amending Chapter 17 – Floodplain Protection Regulation.

The ordinance complies with the DNR’s request to amend Chapter 17.120.020(C) to include wording intended to inform individuals of the effective date on which these maps were revised.
