ENACTED ORDINANCE
AT ITS AUGUST 24, 2010,
MEETING, THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: Ordinance 2010-14 – Repeal Chapter 12.22 Regulations for Fertilizer Application and Sale. The State of Wisconsin passed state-wide restrictions on the use and sale of phosphorus fertilizers effective April 1, 2010. Since the new state law is more restrictive than the City’s code, Chapter 12.22 was repealed to avoid any confusion with the state law.
