TOWN OF RIVER FALLSPUBLIC HEARING
The Town of River Falls will hold a public hearing on revisions to Chapter 17.085(6)(a) on Sept 7, 2010 at 7:20 P.M. at the Town Hall. The revision relates to minimum lot sizes in the light Industrial area. Currently, the minimum lot size is 2 acres. The revision would reduce minimum lot size to 1 acre to attract smaller businesses.
