LEE STANTON ATKINS

A petition has been filed for administration of the estate and determination of heirship of the decedent, whose date of birth was January 17, 1933 and date of death was April 26, 2010. The decedent died domiciled in the State of Wisconsin, with a post office address of no permanent address.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The petition be heard at the Burnett County Courthouse, Siren, Wisconsin, Room 220 before Hon. Kenneth L. Kutz, Court Official, on July 13, 2010 at 8:45 a.m. or when scheduled thereafter.

2. Heirship will be determined on the date set for hearing on the final account.

You need not appear unless you object. The petition may be granted if no objection is made.

3. Creditors’ claims must be filed with the court on or before August 26, 2010.

4. Publication of this notice shall constitute notice to any persons whose names or addresses are unknown.
