TOWN OF TROYADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town of Troy either by mail to the Town Clerk at 654 Glover Road, Hudson, WI 54016 or delivered in person at the Town Hall until 9:00 am on Thursday, June 10, 2010. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the following projects.

For further information on specifications for these projects contact Gary or Al at the Town Shop (715/425-6694). Bids should be submitted in a secure envelope and clearly marked as a Bid.

The Town of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

A letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0903 Wisconsin Statutes and the law and ordinances of the Town of Troy relating to wage rates payable on the work.
