Trent Powell, an 8th grader at Meyer Middle School, finished 13th in his age group at the Rock & Roll Half-Marathon Jan. 17 in Phoenix, Ariz.
Trent Powell, an 8th grader at Meyer Middle School, finished 13th in his age group at the Rock & Roll Half-Marathon Jan. 17 in Phoenix, Ariz.
Powell finished with a time of 1 hour, 38 minutes, 19 seconds in his first half-marathon. He and his family were among 30,000 runners who took part in the race.
