The River Falls school board has again demonstrated its irresponsibility by increasing the school levy via the property tax by 18.9%
Apparently it does not care that we are in the midst of a recession where many people are seeing their incomes diminish.
Home ownership is becoming impossible. Soon we will all be living in tents.
