Bev, Roger, Michelle and Brad Peterson agreed to host the 2010 WI Farm Technology Days event on their family farm, located about a ½ mile east of River Falls on Hwy. 29.
For the first time in its 55-year history, the big farm-bazaar event Farm Technology Days comes to Pierce County July 20-22, 2010. Not only the Peterson family, whose farm will host the event, but also many volunteers in and around River Falls, will help make it happen.
FTD organizers expect the non-profit event to draw as many as 80,000 visitors and say hosting it will require about 1,500 volunteers. Those raising funds to host the event target a $170,000 goal.
