Smithsonian comes to public library

The River Falls Public Library has been selected to host a Smithsonian Institute exhibition, “Key Ingredients: America by Food,” making the library one of only six stops the exhibition will make in Wisconsin. The library along with the Wisconsin Humanities Council will work together over the next year to plan community discussions, school projects, and public events to explore the many dimensions of food culture in Wisconsin. The exhibition will be in River Falls Jan. 28 through March 11, 2011. For more information, call Katie Chaffee at 425-0905.
