ASHOK B. SHAH, an individual, 1207 St. Croix St., River Falls, WI 54022;

UNITED STATES SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, a quasi-governmental entity, 740 Regent St, Madison, WI 53715;

PARTH PROPERTIES, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, 2605 S. Range Avenue, Denham Springs, Louisiana, 70726; and

PARAGON PROPERTIES, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, 2605 S. Range Avenue, Denham Springs, Louisiana, 70726, Defendants.

THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, To each person or entity named above as a Defendant:

You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff named above has filed a lawsuit or other legal action against you.

Within forty (40) days of receiving this Summons, you must respond with a written demand for a copy of the Amended Complaint. The demand must be sent or delivered to the court, whose address is Clerk of Circuit Court, St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016, and to Peter B. Tiede, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 30 E. 7th St., Suite 3200, St. Paul, MN 55101. You may have an attorney help or represent you.

If you do not demand a copy of the Amended Complaint within 40 days, the court may grant judgment against you for the award of money or other legal action requested in the Amended Complaint, and you may lose your right to object to anything that is or may be incorrect in the Amended Complaint. A judgment may be enforced as provided by law. A judgment awarding money may become a lien, against any real estate you own now or in the future, and may also be enforced by garnishment or seizure of property.
