Call to order; manner of public notification of meeting; hearing of visitors or delegations; schedule the next personnel committee meeting; staffing needs at the elementary level; set substitute, seasonal and other salaries; Central Office administrators’ job description revisions; request for anticipated executive session pursuant to Wisconsin statute section 19.85(1) (c & e) (roll call vote required) for the purpose of Teacher negotiations and proposal development; Support staff (bus driver, custodian, secretary, skilled craft person and paraprofessional) negotiations and proposal development; Director of Finance and Facilities Management negotiations and proposal development; adjourn into executive session (approx. 7:15 p.m.); reconvene into open session and affirm action taken in executive session; determine items for Board action; adjourn.
