CITY OF OF RIVER FALLS: 6/3/09 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held by the Board of Appeals for the City of River Falls on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, in the Kinni Room of City Hall, 222 Lewis Street, River Falls.

6:30 p.m.: The public hearing is being held at the request of Lauri Wilson for the purpose of obtaining a variance to allow construction of a single family home on an a lot of record that is less than the minimum lot width required in the (R2) Multiple Family Medium Density District for the following property:

811 State Street, PIN- 276-01113-00900.

6:31 p.m.: The public hearing is being held at the request of The First Congregational Church for the purpose of obtaining a variance to the rear yard setback requirement in the (R3) Multiple Family High Density District for the following property:

110-118 N. Third Street, PIN- 276-01098-00900.
