CITY OF RIVER FALLS: 4/17/09 Hydrant Flushing Notice

(Weather permitting)

All City Hydrants will be flushed at 3:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. Friday, April 17, 2009.

In the past, hydrant flushing caused discolored water to enter the system in some areas. Upgrades to our system have effectively eliminated these occurrences. If any residents do experience discolored water, they should avoid using water from their faucets until the condition clears up.
