CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF BIDS FOR OFFICIAL ADVERTISING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of River Falls will receive bids for the publication in English of (a) the Council proceedings and (b) the City legal notices for the ensuing year. All bids shall be in writing, shall be accompanied by a performance bond in the sum of $100 with good and sufficient sureties as determined by City Clerk, and shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of River Falls, 222 Lewis Street, Suite 202 by 12:00 Noon May 5, 2009. Only newspapers which have been regularly and continuously published in the City of River Falls at least once a week for the two years preceding the date of this notice and which are eligible to publish legal notices under Section 985.03 (1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, shall be received.
