CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCE
Re: Ordinance 2009-4 – Amend 2.10.020 of the City Code, Appointment and Removal of City Administrator
AT ITS MARCH 24, 2009, MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:
1. Ordinance 2009-4 – Amend 2.10.020 of the City Code, Appointment and Removal of City Administrator. The purpose of the ordinance is to amend the code in regard to the City Administrator’s appointment, term of office and removal.
