CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 4/14/09

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct a public hearing on the following:

6:30 p.m.

Ordinance 2009-5 – Ordinance Amendments to Extraterritorial Zoning Ordinance/Town of River Falls – Second Reading and Disposition

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at the time listed above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 East Elm Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
