PLAN COMMISSION MEETING will start immediately after the Public Hearing on the Proposed Comprehensive Plan scheduled for 6:30pm on Thursday April 2, 2009 at the Town Hall.

1. Approve Minutes;
2. Acknowledgement of applications for action as regulated by SDO;
3. Building Permits/Utility Permits;
4. Resolution to recommend adoption of Comprehensive Plan;
5. Discuss proposed revisions to Troy Subdivision Ordinance;
6. Committee Reports & correspondence;
7. Adjourn;
Action may be taken on any agenda item.
Supervisors may attend for purpose of gathering information.
