CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2/10/09

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct public hearings on Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at the times indicated below in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 East Elm Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

PUBLIC HEARING:

6:30 p.m.

1. Class “B” Beer License - Dish and the Spoon, 208. S. Main Street – Abby Testa

Persons having any objections to the granting of such license may file their objections with the City Clerk, 123 E. Elm Street, River Falls, WI 54022, on or before the 10th of February, 2009.

6:31 p.m.

2. Ordinance 2008-37 – Creating Section 8.20.060 – Fire Department Lock Boxes of the Municipal Code – Second Reading and Disposition

6:32 p.m.

3. Ordinance 2009-1 – Amending the Official Parking Control Map of the City of River Falls, Wisconsin (“No Parking 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., effective April 1 to October 31, on South Side of West Park Street from State Street to Bartosh Lane”) – Second Reading and Disposition

Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
