CITY OF RIVER FALLS, WI

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct a public hearing on the following:

6:30 p.m.

1. Ordinance 2008-37 – Creating Section 8.20.060 – Fire Department Lock Boxes of the Municipal Code – Second Reading and Disposition

6:31 p.m.

2. “Class A” (liquor) - Kwik Trip – 1200 S. Main

6:32 p.m.

Class “B” (beer) and “Class C” (wine) license for Kinni Coffee and Lounge, LLC - 122 South Main

Persons having any objections to the granting of such licenses may file their objections with the City Clerk, 123 E. Elm Street, River Falls, WI 54022, on or before the 13th day of January, 2009.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at the times listed above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 East Elm Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
