CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS DECEMBER 9, 2008, MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2008-28 – To Amend §2.10.030; to Amend §2.10.040 D. 1; to Amend §2.10.040 D. 4; to Adopt §2.10.040 E.; City Administrator. The purpose was to amend the ordinance that deals with the City Administrator position.

Ordinance 2008-36 – Ordinance to Create Title 19 of the City Code; to Renumber Chapter 17.100 as Chapter 19.100 and to Create 19.100.040 (Annexation of Real Estate Containing Existing Residences: Deferral of Water and Sewer Connec-tions). The purpose is to protect property owners of pre-existing residences whose real estate maybe be annexed into the City at a future date and would require the extension of City water and sewer services.
