CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 12/9/08

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct public hearings on the following:

6:30 p.m.

Ordinance 2008-28 – To Amend §2.10.030; to Amend §2.10.040 D. 1; to Amend §2.10.040 D. 4; to Adopt §2.10.040 E.; City Administra-tor – Second Reading and Disposition (Previously Tabled)

6:31 p.m.

Ordinance 2008-36 – Ordinance to Create Title 19 of the City Code; to Renumber Chapter 17.100 as Chapter 19.100 and to Create 19.100.040 – Second Reading and Disposition

The Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at the times listed above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 East Elm Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
