CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS NOVEMBER 25, 2008 MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2008-33 - An Ordinance Amending The Official Parking Control Map of the City of River Falls, Wisconsin (North Side of Fairchild Drive east of Ridgecrest Street; East Side of Ridgecrest Street north of Fairchild Drive; East Side of Meredith Circle). The purpose was to add no parking in designated areas on this street.

Ordinance 2008-34 – An Ordinance Amending the Official Traffic Control Map of the City of River Falls, Wisconsin (Future City Hall Site). The purpose was to add no parking in designated areas on this street and remove vacated street signs that are no longer necessary.

Ordinance 2008-35 – An Ordinance Amendment to Extraterritorial Subdivision Area. The purpose was to amend the subdivision ordinance to allow lots of less than 35 acres in some circumstances.
