RIVER FALLS AREA HOSPITAL: NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE FOR 2009

River Falls Area Hospital located at 1629 East Division Street, River Falls, Wisconsin, 54022, has a fiscal year beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009. Effective January 1, 2009, this hospital will implement a price increase that will increase total patient revenue for the 12-month period by 6.8 percent on an annual basis. The last price increase was effective January 1, 2008 and averaged approximately 6.6%.

This hospital finds it necessary to increase prices in order to continue its commitment to the community to provide quality care with modern equipment and technology, and to keep pace with the increasing cost of providing care with below cost reimbursement from certain government programs and other payors.
