Buffalo County officials say they’re about to charge an Arcadia man in a fire that destroyed that a tavern and strip club 15 months ago.
Sheriff Mike Schmidtknecht said arson and burglary charges are pending against David Osley, 35.
The sheriff said Osley admitted being involved in the blaze which destroyed the Gin Mill in Buffalo in May of last year.
Also, a window was broken in a shed next to the tavern. Motorcycles and other items had been stored there.
Earlier this month, Osley was sentenced in Sauk County for his fifth drunken driving conviction, and driving while his license was revoked.
He’ll serve a 27-month prison sentence, apparently while facing his new Buffalo County charges.
