CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS JULY 8, 2008, MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2008-20 – To Repeal and Recreate Definitions in Chapter 15.16; to Repeal § 15.16.080 B. 2.; to Repeal and Recreate § 15.16.080 D. - Housing Code. The purpose of this ordinance is to recreate definitions within the Housing Code.

Ordinance No. 2008-21 – An Ordinance Amending the Official Parking Control Map of The City of River Falls, Wisconsin (Remove “No Parking Between Signs” signs at 521 State Street). The purpose of this ordinance is to remove a “No Parking” sign at 521 State Street.
