CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS JUNE 10, 2008, MEETING, THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2008-17 – Amending the Official Parking Control Map of the City of River Falls – No Parking West Side of South Wasson Lane approaching Cascade Avenue. The purpose was to install a “No Parking Here to Corner” sign on the west side of South Wasson Lane.

Ordinance No. 2008-18 – To Create Chapter 8.50 of the City Code – Occupancy Limits for Bars and Restaurants. The purpose was to regulate the occupancy of bars and restaurants licensed by the City to prevent overcrowding in these establishments.
