CITY OF RIVER FALLS: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 5/27/08

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct public hearings on the following:

6:30 p.m.

1. 2008-15 - An Ordinance Amending and Recreating the Official Parking Control Map of the City of River Falls - Repeal Permit Parking in the Lot at 409 Spruce Street – Second Reading and Disposition

6:31 p.m.

2008-16 – Ordinance to Adopt §13.08.040 of the City Code; Water Conservation – Second Reading and Disposition

The Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at the times indicated above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 East Elm Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
