CITY OF RIVER FALLS: 6/4/08 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals for the City of River Falls on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. in Room A-4 of City Hall, 123 East Elm Street, River Falls.

The public hearing is being held at the request of Wickham and Margaret Allen for the purpose of obtaining a variance to the stream buffer setback requirements in the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance for the City of River Falls. A variance is being requested for the following property:

240 West Cascade Avenue

PIN- 276-1111-09

Further information is available at the Community Development Office in City Hall, 425-0900, ext. 111. All persons interested in this request are urged to attend. An opportunity will be given to be heard.
