Join Family Field Day near River Falls

The Kinnickinnic River Land Trust is co-hosting a family field day in the forests around 11230 County Road FF, southwest of River Falls, Saturday, May 31.

The field day is called “Get to Know your Forests.” It offers a chance for landowners, nature lovers and families to learn about plants, birds and wildlife in the Kinnickinnic River region.

Activities begin at 8 a.m. Participants will rotate through four educational activities but are free to join or leave at any time.

This event is free. KRLT Executive Director Nelson French will grill porketta sandwiches for those who attend.
